At Welado, quality, or in other words overall quality, always comprises three areas: technical quality, safety and the environment. We strive to continuously improve the level of overall quality in our own operations, our projects and those of our clients. We also focus on comprehensive risk management. Risks are always assessed from the perspective of total quality, across all three areas. We develop technical quality and our substantive expertise in the infrastructure sector through training and, amongst other things, by transferring tacit knowledge via mentoring. In addition to these, technical quality is developed using tools, techniques and methods.

Our safety principles emphasise the impact of safety culture and the human factor on organisational operations and interactions between stakeholders. We focus our attention on factors that maintain safety and view human activity as an opportunity, whilst also taking into account factors that compromise safety by minimising the risks of their occurrence. In accordance with our environmental and sustainability principles, we take a balanced approach to ecological, social and economic considerations in line with sustainable development when planning, conducting and managing our business, as well as when implementing our service solutions. We are constantly developing new, practical methods to improve the implementation of sustainability principles in our work with clients.
