Welado’s signalling consultant, Andreas Percevic Kling, works as a safety officer for the generic track-side signalling product that the Swedish Transport Administration has commissioned from Hitachi, which is based on the Administration’s requirements. This applies to both so-called conventional signalling (ATC) and ERTMS Level 2, which is currently being rolled out across the Swedish rail network. Andreas reviews the supplier’s safety work and drafts the Swedish Transport Administration’s safety dossier. He also works on improving working methods to enhance the quality of non-conformance management and increase expertise in configuration management (CM).
