At Welado, we have developed our own project methodology: the WDO Project Process (WPP). WPP provides a structured and scalable framework that can be applied to development, delivery, engineering, facility and construction projects.
This enables us to take on a wide range of project management assignments – from supporting specific parts of a project to taking responsibility for the complete project management process.

When a customer already has an established project methodology, we adapt our way of working accordingly. When no suitable methodology is in place, we can implement WPP together with the customer, providing a proven structure for managing projects from initiation and planning through execution, decision gates and successful delivery.

We support project organisations throughout the planning and construction phases, coordinating the people, activities and information needed to move the project forward. Our experts work with construction management, project administration, schedules, procurement and coordination, with experience from both client and contractor perspectives.

Our supervision focuses on enabling successful work on site and identifying potential issues before they become problems. We help ensure that construction is carried out safely, cost-effectively and in accordance with project requirements and good construction practice.

Complex construction projects require coordination across project organisations, contractors, documentation and work on site.
